What can cause imperfections?

An imperfection can be caused by the accumulation of dead skin cells and sebum on the surface on your skin which can block your pores. Blocked pores can trap surface bacteria, contributing to the appearance of imperfections. To help address this problem you need to find a good cleaning routine: unclogging the pores can help the appearance of imperfections by regulating the sebum levels.

Any precautions for use?

You should not apply to sensitive areas such as the delicate eye area, the lips or the nostrils. Garnier Pure Purifying Peel Kit contains ingredients that could cause irritation, so Garnier recommends that you read the instructions carefully and perform a skin sensitivity test before use. If you have sensitive or irritated skin, or are receiving any dermatological treatment, Garnier recommends you consult a doctor before use.
This product is exclusively for adult use; keep out of the reach of children. Garnier Pure Purifying Peel Kit contains AHA's (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) which can cause the skin to be more sensitive to the harmful effects of the sun. It is essential to protect your skin when using this product, and for at least 7 days following use. Apply a sun cream that protects against UVA/UVB rays and offers a minimum of SPF15 protection.

How often should this peel kit be used?

For best results Garnier recommends that the Pure Purifying Peel Kit is used a maximum of three times a week.

Don't different skin ages have different skin needs? How can this product work for a 15 and a 34 year old?

Garnier Pure have developed the Purifying Peel Kit to cleanse the skin and fight the appearance of imperfections, which is not just a teenage problem. External causes of imperfections can be the same for all skin ages and the Purifying Peel Kit is designed to effectively address these.

Do I need to remove my make-up before using the kit?

Yes. Remove your make-up using your normal daily products before using the Garnier Pure Purifying Peel Kit. Garnier recommends thoroughly cleansing skin morning and evening, using a tailored cleanser to keep your skin clean and looking healthier.

After I put the Overnight Peeling Solution on, can I apply moisturiser?

Applying moisturiser on top of the Overnight Peeling Solution may reduce the effectiveness of the product. The formula should be left on overnight and washed off in the morning as directed. Then, apply your normal daily moisturiser as desired.

What happens if I forget to wash the Overnight Peeling Solution off?

For best results you should leave the Overnight Peeling Solution on overnight and remove when you wake-up. If you do forget to wash this off don't panic! But try to remember to remove it as it has not been designed for longterm use.

Any precautions for use?
